The SunCoast

We may be biased, but we think the SunCoast team is made up of some of the most professional, thorough and upstanding men and women in the entire land services industry. It’s a bold claim, but we wouldn’t say it if we didn’t think that after working with us you would readily agree.

The SunCoast team is made up of certified professional landmen and abstractors with decades of experience in oil and gas law, attorneys who specialize in title and due diligence work, and field agents who are industry leaders in negotiating right-of-ways, permitting and leasing.

Our commitment to overall excellence comes through in our commitment to the innovation that produces the fastest and most accurate results, to the accountability that keeps us on-time and in-budget, and to the teamwork that makes us reliable and trustworthy partners to our clients. These are all facets of the SunCoast experience that we’ve developed in our 35+ years in the business. They’re also facets we continue to work on every day in order to always give our clients the best possible land services.
